(TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2022
The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act),
and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-
The Lancashire County Council (U3611 MERSCAR LANE, SCARISBRICK, U294
MARTIN LANE, BURSCOUGH AND U296 GORST LANE, BURSCOUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022, is hereby
temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 3 as follows:
The Order will be in force daily between 0600 hours and 2000 hours from
Wednesday 22nd June 2022 to Sunday 17th July 2022 or until completion of the
works within this period. The prohibitions will only be operative when indicated
on site by the presence of the appropriate traffic signs in accordance with The
Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on Tuesday 24th May
2022 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (U3611 MERSCAR
LANE, SCARISBRICK, U294 MARTIN LANE, BURSCOUGH AND U296 GORST
LANE, BURSCOUGH, WEST LANCASHIRE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
(TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2022”
